Introduction to Single use Bioreactor
SKC600 single use bioreactor is developed for cell culture. It uses a rocker platform to place single-use suspension cell culture bags or single-use fabric carrier culture bags(produced by ourselves). Also It can control the rocker speed, tilt angle, gas flow, temperature, pH, DO, concentration of CO2 and 02 and weight.
SKC600 single use bioreactor supports the replacement of trays of different sizes. 10L trays (2L, 5L, 10L culture bags), 20L trays (20L culture bags) and 50L trays (50L culture bags) optional.

3.Batch culture and perfusion culture of suspension cells.Perfusion membrane cell culture bag is used for the perfusion culture and high-density culture of suspension cells and the N-lscale-up
4.Adherent cell trypsinization, transfer and scale up.Fabric carrier cell culture bags can achieve amount cell culture adherent, and then trypsinizate and prepare amount adherent seed cells into next process
